Yoga & Meditation to Progress

You are not new to yoga/meditation but are looking for some extra help or have specific goals in mind that you want to work towards. Here we can tailor a program just for you that will help you progress and understand yourself and your own practice more deeply. The class will involve yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, yoga philosophy and discussion at the end to help fully comprehend your practice. Questions are always encouraged here. 10 classes (90 min for class plus 30 min Q&A).
